Commercial paper and medium term note market (NEU CP & NEU MTN)

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE mainly uses Negotiable European Commercial Paper (NEU CP) and Negotiable European Medium Term Notes (NEU MTN) to refinance its short-term debt through

  • A NEU CP programme of €3 Bn that is rated A-2 by Standard & Poor's.

  • A NEU MTN programme of €500 Mn.

Société Générale is Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's custodian for NEU CP and NEU MTN debt (affiliated code Euroclear 127).
