Trinity is the first tower of its kind: it connects two strategic areas in La Défense, the largest purpose-built business district in Europe.

Trinity will create approximately 3,500 sqm of public green space above the ring road between the CNIT and La Coupole. This ambitious project is the result of an innovative partnership between Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and the public development authority in La Défense, EPADESA. The tower has panoramic elevators, landscaped terraces, and suspended meeting rooms with exceptional views. It offers a wide range of services that improve employees’ well-being, from a concierge to 24/7 accessibility, a wellness centre with scenic views, restaurants, cafes, and a dedicated app for the building.

Trinity has already achieved dual certification: BREEAM “Excellent” and HQE “Exceptional”. It is the first office tower in France to receive a perfect score on the HQE certification with all 14 targets achieved at the “Very Efficient” level.
