With a unique visibility on the Esplanade de La Défense, Lightwell is a restructured office building designed by Barthélémy Griño featuring 35,000 sqm of office and service spaces. The low-carbon regeneration of the already existing Lightwell building preserves two-thirds of the structure and incorporates the use of eco-friendly and recycled construction materials. More than 85% of the physical waste created at Lightwell will be reused or recycled.

Set to open in H2 2024, the project will reinvent the modern office environment for collaboration and inspiration, with design features such as a beautiful sun-filled atrium extending the entire height of the building with a monumental staircase and 1,000 sqm of outdoor spaces and terraces.
